Yes its like the advert says Barnton Cricket Club 10th Beer Festival , who would have thought it that ten years on and this event is still going strong. Back in 2001 when Mike put on the very first beer festival it was put up on the stage with just 6 beers on offer which were being served directly from the casks. Forward to 2011 and its now up to twenty six beers plus ciders which are now all served by hand pull on a purpose built bar that fits perfectly inside the club . This just goes to show people that with lots of hard work and determination by mike and friends that this event is now in its tenth year.
